[QUOTE=fierceteapot;923662]If its true, then you can't completely blame them. Their MD did come on here and do his best, but if its something else that they can't fix then thats tough cookies surely?[/QUOTE

Why would I lie?

The real question which I would like an answer from BBA-Reman for is: Why did they not find this fault when I originally sent them the ETM to test nearly 3 weeks ago?

And why did they not find the fault after they had so-called repaired it and returned it to me?

Why did they only find the fault on return to them ?

I would say they have a problem with their testing procedure, because if they are missing faults first time around, then they need to review their whole setup for testing faults.

And as for doing his best...............Well if that's his best just returning it to me after being messed around..........Well John Cannan that's NOT good enough!

OK they have given me a full refund, apart from the money it cost me to post it to them in the first place, the taxi's and favours I have had to ask people over the last 3 weeks as I had no transport, apart from a 44 year old Suzuki step thru!
Now I have to try and get my car to the nearest Volvo dealer which just happens to be nearly 30 miles away!

And because I only have home start the AA wont recover it to the garage.

So which ever way I look at it.............I am back to square 1 and up the smelly creek...........and it looks like it's going to be a very expensive smelly creek too!

As previously stated

Thanks BBA-Reman
