If your looking to purhase this Black Sapphire S40 1.8S..ask me
I've part exchanged this car to Moorlands Motor Company in Hatfield yesterday and they are now putting it up for sale. The link below is for "my" old S40 1.8 S, Black Sapphire (not black metallic as in the ad) with 75k genuine mileage....no picture there yet but i assume it will be soon. Front driver fog light glass is broken, but still works. Never changed it as it's not an MOT failure. It's got some small stone chips on the bonnet but that's it.
http://atsearch.autotrader.co.uk/www...S40&locale=STF Let me know if you have any questions. I px'd it yesterday for a 03 Reg S60 2.0T. The S40 is priced at £4,395....a bit steep I think but I'm sure you can get that down a bit. 2 brand new rear tyres, front ones need changing soon. Just had it MOT in September, passed with flying colours. Front break pads need replacing in 3,000 miles or so (according to the MOT center). Had it for 1 year and 9 months and have had no problems at all with it, bought at 44k miles. Previous owner was a company. Full volvo Service history up to 60k. The next one was due at 72k, but i did most of it myself expect change the oil filter as I could not get the damn thing off and refused to pay £400 to service a car I was going to part exhcange.
