Default Remote key fob battery change

Hi all,

I need to change the battery in the key fob as sometimes I nede to hold it on the windscreen to open the car! So, before I change the battery, I was just wondering if it's a simple swap or if I need to have it re-programmed or something?

Don't wanna be caught short this close to Christmas!

Thanks in advance

Dave

Just a simple swap. I think you get ten minutes before it forgets anything.

Make sure you have the right batteries on hand and you'll do it easily.

CR2016 in my C70 fob (checked by the simple method of opening the casing the battery doesn't fall out), which uses the same battery according to PFV.

So there was 2 in yours to?

Sorry to sound thick, but assumed there'd only be 1 battery in!
