Remote key fob battery change
Hi all,
I need to change the battery in the key fob as sometimes I nede to hold it on the windscreen to open the car! So, before I change the battery, I was just wondering if it's a simple swap or if I need to have it re-programmed or something? Don't wanna be caught short this close to Christmas! Thanks in advance Dave |

Just a simple swap. I think you get ten minutes before it forgets anything.
Make sure you have the right batteries on hand and you'll do it easily. |

CR2016 in my C70 fob (checked by the simple method of opening the casing the battery doesn't fall out), which uses the same battery according to PFV.

So there was 2 in yours to?
Sorry to sound thick, but assumed there'd only be 1 battery in! |
