  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way

Default pad change

hi guys

i want to change my rear pads and ive seen to ways
1 was to take the calipers off and wind back the caliper with the tool
2 was to as above but remove the hand break cable is number 2 needed

and the car is a 54reg t5 s40

Did my brakes recently, no need to touch handbrake cable from what I remember.

a good idea to slacken the handbrake cable though on the lever then re adjust after the new pads , in case someone has wound it all the way up .
