Default V40 Oil Leak

the car is a v40 20T auto
the oil leak is down the rear of the egine block unto the sump above the sump drain plug.

It seems to be from the pipe that drops down from the turbo housing into the sump casting.

The oil leak is severe, spraying the floor pan / could this be a seal problem?.
could this be a back pressure problem due to i.e. a blocked breather?.

Does this engine have a flame trap?.
If so how can you check out the breather system?.

I value any helpful comments

It is your seal around the oil return pipe from the turbo, easy and cheap to do if you are able to crawl under the car. 2 fixings at the turbo and it just sits in the block with the seal around the end. Make sure the seal goes in square or you will have more oil to clean up.
Good luck.
