Just seen this there now sorry. Item number 141451269207 on a particular auction site will do the job.

Question for Clan ! I've got a 2007 ph2 2.4D (163), engine is a D5244T5 I think, although it only reads D5244 on the cam belt cover - silver engine top cover.
Is the 5.8 litre engine oil fill still correct for my car, instead of 6.2 litres ?

Also - Oil on the Volvo label in the engine bay states 0W30 a5/b5 - wouldn't this be superseeded by a C1 -C4 spec for cars with a DPF ?

Hello John ,
Your 163 bhp engine is a detuned version of the newer 185 bhp engine so on 18000 mile services which demands 0w.30 A5/B5 oil i would use 5.7 litres .
6.5 litres is only for the old original 2001-2005 D5 D5244T with the alloy inlet manifold rather than the later black plastic one .

So I went to quick fit garage for oil change services and they showed me on the screen that my cars engine oil capacity has 8 litres. And Volvo garage says No it's around 6, 6.5 litres. So Volvo garage filled up 6 litres of oil and on the deep stick shows way under half deep stick. My car is Volvo S80 59 reg. R-design 205hp

5.9 if the twin turbo 5 cylinder hopefully they used 0w/30 A5/B5 quality
