Might just upset the applecart.....

Bought the C30 because I like the design, not because it was a Volvo.

Would I buy any other model of Volvo.... Nope!!!

And I actually like the fact that the C30 is built with Ford and Mazda ingredients.

Yep - same here, but with the 960.

I did have a fun time on the Volvo website "designing" my "new" car the other week. Managed to "spend" £47,000 odd on an S80, and £52,000 on an XC 90both top spec with every daft extra going.......but honestly wouldn't actually buy either!

Smile Volvo V40 Cross Country

Just picked up a 13 month old V40 Cross Country D4 SE Lux Nav Auto in Silver, on behalf of my parents. Immediately drove it from Edinburgh to Orkney and I love it. Smooth, powerful, comfortable, different styling and seriously safe.

My vote is the XC60. Looks cool, plenty of room, not too big. V70 very nice, but too big for me. I shall be keeping my V50 for years!
