Default no internet connectivity since RTTI application install

bit of a long shot.

Added RTTI to my car via VIDA, since then I've lost internet connectivity, VOC still works which I'm assuming is due to the cars own sim. Oddly TMC still works but I see nothing for RTTI, I'm not even sure if its added correctly, having never been in a Volvo with RTTI I'm not sure if there should be any special options to show its not available or does it just do its thing in the background?

Factory reset all settings, I've used 1.3mb of data on the car's sim according to the car since the reset but no more, driven around 400 miles, cannot connect via car modem/Wi-Fi/Bluetooth everything else works fine..

Connectively appears to be working, but its as if the car isn't registered on the network. sim card connects to provider but I get an endless yellow connecting arrow, Wi-Fi the same, gets assigned an address by whatever it connects too but doesn't get any data through.

Thinking of trying a total CAN/MOST upgrade to see if it sorts it out, in the off chance someone else has done this and had the same issue would be interesting to hear before trying.

Just incase anyone else has tried.

Upgraded software.

Same problem!

After a bit of head scratching and confusion forked out for a reload of the software.

Back to normal now, although I still don't have RTTI... checked with another vehicle that has it to confirm I'm not being daft.

Bit of an expensive trial and error process on the plus side DAB stations are listed alphabetically! Always bugged me that did.
