Even the AC compressor makes ten revolutions after each initial start up to keep the compressor oil circulating and lubricating ... this however cannot be either heard or felt.

I always thought it was the a/c compressor kicking in and wondered how when I have my a/c turned off sometimes.

I'm glad someone's cleared that up for me now

I've heard something like that.

So when people say, that you should run your AC for atleast 15 mins a week (or something like that).

With this initial 10 revolution on the volvos, Do you not need to do that anymore, like you always used to?
