Default 2016 V60 D4 Strange engine dips in power/revs when cold

I'm having a strange issue with my 2016 v60 D4.

Sometimes when I start the engine after it's been off overnight, I'm getting some power dips in the revs. It's almost as if the start/stop is engaging but then decides not to at the very last minute and the engine keeps running.

I also feel it when I'm driving around 10-20mph, and it feels as though there is a slight loss of power that then comes back again, so the drive feels a little jerky/hesitant.

Car drives absolutely fine when warmed up.

Any ideas what it could be?
