V70 TDI (1998 Pink) 240K - £350
R490VUD to check MOT hist etc.
Do me a solid and have the whole thing. It let its cambelt go loose. Stopped it but dont want to risk starting it/mess about. It may well be saveable but I am thinning the fleet and this has to go. It has a RonBox and a manual boost controller that gave the car 197BHP and over 300nm of torque. This was proven at the Devil Developments rolling road day. I have the printout somewhere. Apart from that, it is a cosmetically medium-poor, mechanically well cared for V70. Has been serviced regularly. Big bills for over £900 from MRG (all engine oil seals and so on) etc. Best bits: Ronbox with manual boost controller and all hoses (no boost gauge) - £100 4x Columba Wheels in OK nick with Bridgestone Turanza ER300 tyres with 2k miles on - £200 4x Perfo Wheels in crap nick with no tyres (but will fit over 302mm brakes) - £80 Brass Gear bushings for ends of cables; improves gear shift no end. - £25 302mm genuine Volvo caliper carriers (BNIB) - £80 ono Whichever set of wheels goes first, the other set will go to scrap. Beaten beige leather, cupholder, towbar. 7 seat conversion new bushes and wishbones and cv joints etc. Loads of receipts and no interest in saving it any more. Whole car - £350 (EVERYTHING LISTED ABOVE INCLUDING CARRIERS, 2 SETS OF WHEELS ETC - bring a trailer) Prefer the whole thing gone in one so offers expected. Car in Monkton Combe on A36 near Bath. Cheers, Fred. Here is how it looks cleaned up. https://www.volvoforums.org.uk/showthread.php?t=242409 |

Hi
What's wrong with the perfos? Any big dents or just pealing corrosion? I'm looking for a set to refurb or put winter tyres on while I refurb mine. Thanks |
