Default Injector Seal replacements

I've searched the internet and can't find anything on this.

I'm replacing all the seals injectors and the seals that the injectors go into. However do I need to put some grease, oil or another substance on the rubber prior to install to make sure they Seal correctly.

It's a good idea to do it, but I would use only red grease or clear silicone grease as there friendly to rubber.
If you haven't got any of these handy then a good squirt of silicone spray on each one before you put them in.

Can anyone recommend a good place to buy the injector seals?
Volvo or somewhere else?
Currently looking at replacing on 3 engines.

Thanks
Steve
