Default Help with the Rti Sat Nav

I have the pretty ordinary RTI Sat Nav in my 2009 XC60 which I have just purchased (love the car).
I don’t have the sat nav manual sadly but 2 quick questions please:
1: can I enter postcodes for new destinations?
2: can I mute and then unmute the voice guidance?

Fingers crossed I can for both positive answers 🙏

I'm pretty sure the answer to both questions is yes, but it's a while since I had my XC60. Take a look at the link below, as most manuals are available either via the App or downloadable.

Hope this helps.

Hi Mark
I don't know a great deal about the Volvo Sat Nav's. I have a 2006 C70, it's Sat Nav is the RTI version where a disc has to be inserted permanently. Is this the case with yours?
Fred

Just checked the link, ours are different.

Download the Volvo app on your phone, and then select your model and year, and you will have the user manual in your phone or iPad all the time

Yes to postcodes - on the address entry, click postcode at the top left (it will change to address) - now you can enter the postcode. Bear in mind the latest discs available are 2017 as far as I know.

Don’t know about the voice I’m afraid.
