Default 19T / Boost problems

This has only recently happened although i have only had the car a few months.

Boost some days seems good some days feels kinda flat

As in flat i don't mean dead it still boosts but just seems alot slower to happen.

Like just before boost kicked in 2000 rpm kept on boosting but the real boost didnt kick in until 6000+ rpm surely that can't be right?

But on some days its just boost happy as in boost is high at most revs and the car feels like it really wants to go like **** of a stick

Any ideas?

Can you give us a few more details on the car? Has it been tuned?

Please do keep us posted on how you get on. I am a little surprised that the custom remap on your car had not been completed. If you've now gone on to fit a 19T as well, I'd suggest being very careful with it till the software is properly sorted.

As can be read in the following thread, the gulf between tuners here in the UK is enormous; just be careful to choose carefully:

Do a search of the archives and you will see that this has been discussed at length; if you want a straightforward off-the-shelf map, there are many choices. If you want something a little more "special", then it becomes a little more restricted. There is an interesting ongoing discussion on the same thread which may cast some light on potential issues / problems:
