Default holding back

hi all i have this annoying problem my s60 t5 feels like a n/a car the turbo is boosting at 0.9bar but the car just has no pull, now and again you might get a surge but then it backs off again especialy when you change gear you have to keep lifting off the throttle then re aplying it, only had this car for about 2 months the previous owner has decided to put a daft induction kit on it which im going to change back to original because when you lift off it makes a blow off noise it gets annoing the car has done 172000k also it sometimes takes ages to start any ideas.
cheers

The guy that runs this company is red hot on throttle bodies and will repair yours for £100/£110 using non contact Hall Effect sensons and will return it to you the next day. I used him last October for my V70 T5. As it is your TB coded to your car you do not need to have Volvo recode it unlike a new one which will cost you £297 and £60 plus labour for coding it. Regards Peter
