Default XC60 - 1st Service (of 3+)

Had the XC60 for nearly a year now (We love it!).

It's on a 4 year lease, so I'm looking at 3 annual services as a minimum over the expected lifetime.

1st standard service is booked for next week - and I'm wondering if it's worth taking out a pre-paid service plan - as my V50 used to cost me £250+ each service - and I've seen 3 yr plans quoted for £500.

Any experience - do the Volvo plans (Has to be serviced at a Volvo dealer) include everything, or just standard fluids and refills etc.

Thanks in advance....

The Volvo service plans include everything you would receive if you were paying for services individually.

The advantage to Volvo is that they get your money upfront and they can be great value - certainly 3 years servicing for £500 is a great deal.

I've not seen the 3 years for £500 deal offered for used cars though, only as an incentive for buying new?

It was a while ago, and could have been a sales item, so n/a to me - as a 3rd party lease customer.
Will see what they say next week.

Snapped their hand of at £599 inc VAT for a deal of 5 Services for my new XC90 T6 inscription Pro.

If you sell the vehicle on later yourself, then it's a helpful sales aid to pass on as a benefit to the new buyer.

Zero value later to you though, if you put the vehicle in part exchange before you've had the services.

Yes, excellent value.
Not sure that this is available for lease cars?
