Default What's it worth? (2004 V70 D5 SE)

Following the purchase of a V70R, my trusty D5 is going to be sold soon. I've owned it 11 years and it's been well looked after.
A friend of a friend is interested and we need to agree a sensible price.

Autotrader / ebay prices are all over the place so i'd welcome guidance from the forum.

Details:
- 2004 V70 D5 SE
- 5-speed manual gearbox
- 9 months MOT
- 256k miles
- 1 previous owner
- Full history (with stamped book up until a few years ago and a folder of receipts since)
- Blue paintwork in good condition (few minor scratches etc but no dents)
- Beige leather interior
- Everything works as it should, only VIDA code is for the air quality sensor that they all have
- New DMF and clutch 2 years / 10k miles ago
- 2 keys
- Android navigation / bluetooth hands-free head unit (original included also)
- Towbar

Usual issues of the oil core plug, suspension bushes etc have all been done.
It's on 17" alloy wheels that are a bit tatty.
I also have a set of 16" wheels with winter tyres that the potential buyer is interested in, 2 of those tyres were new 1000 miles ago.

Does around £1000 for the car and £200 for the wheels seem the right ball-park ?

Seems about right - I had to change mine in a hurry and know I paid a little over the odds, but it also had features I wanted.

To give you an idea - 2003 V70 D5 Manual 202,500 when I bought it. I paid £1350 this easter. Car has winter pack, family pack, satnav and phone as extras. It's flagging the AQS and a duff alarm siren only on Vida

Also had to replace the intercooler, fix the nav and am still hunting down a rattle!

Thanks. Mine doesn't have the winter or family pack, but the Android unit offers waay better navigation than the standard Volvo system, and phone connectivity also, as well as MP3 playback etc.
Now you mention it, I probably also have the alarm siren fault, which has been there as long as i've owned it, but didn't see a need to fix!
I had an intercooler failure many years ago, replaced
