Default 2013 XC60 DVD in headrest problem

Hi,
We have the DVD player in the back of the headrests (the ones where you load the DVD into the back of the screen itself.)
Were working fine but now I can't get them to turn on at all. I've checked the fuses it says apply to the DVD player in the manual and they're fine.
Any ideas what I should check for next?
Thanks
Pete

Did you find a fix for this?

The only reason i ask is that mine have stopped working, no power to the screens at all. I have also noticed that the cigarette lighter in the centre consul is not working either so possibly the fuse for mine has gone as i believe they both work off the same fuse, (haven't checked it yet though).

Got it sorted out today. As i guessed, it was the fuse after all.
