Everything looking great. I like tarting every little thing up too. Like my old man used to say when doing any job "that'll do, is not good enough"
I converted a 65 1800 to dual circuit using the specs from an early dual circuit US amazon. To keep things simple, the rear is on one circuit and the front is on another.

they should run corner to corner so passengers front to drivers rear and then the reverse drivers front to passengers rear if set up by the book

Not according to the first US spec dual circuit Amazons, the front brakes were servo assisted whereas the rears were un-assisted

Default Rear Boot Carpet

hi ya folks

a few photos to share but i had some cleaning and painting todo which is time consuming -prep is so boring but the more prep you do the better the results at the end , fitted the rear boot carpet , re did the front brake pipes so they did not foul on anything , fitted new brake pads N.O.S with good old asbestos that some volvo nuts love due to them lasting longer and not harming the front discs so i have read .
did some other bits ready like the longer speedo cable to OD , wiring for the OD to get ready to reinstall to the car so lots of planing in the scheme of things reffering to the manual helps when unsure.

more to follow after monday ..........

Regards

Robert

Make sure you keep a check on those pads (and wear protection) as the bonding is well over 30 years old by now.
