Default V70 D4164T 1.6 Drive Injectors

Hi all

I need to replace all 4 injectors and rather than spending over 1k to get it done i'm looking to get some reconditioned ones and fit them myself to get me by until the new year. It looks like a straight forward process looking at the engine assembly but is there anything i need to take into account.. do i need to put specific injectors into specific places.

any advice appreciated

Hi
Be very careful removing injectors as if no job was done on them it might get stuck. You might damage them when trying to use too much force.

Here is it is in Polish but you can mute it and watch from around 2:29.
Whole video shows how to replace injectors washers on 1.6 HDI

Why would you need to replace all the injectors?

There are company's that recondition and install. Have a Google of a local company. Last one I had done a few years ago was about £190 to remove, recondition and re-install. Apparently new ones have to be coded to the car (well I was told this in my p2 V70).
