Quote:
as it is reading in vida that the output from the sensors is to high, it looks like signal wires are shorting to the 5v reference or worse, that is why I asked for a air inlet temp reading and can you tell me what the mass airflow is reading in vida, should be 0 with engine not running, Dave |

If you're trying to test for a fuel issue why not have VIDA setup to monitor the fuel rail pressure while you crank the engine?

Hello to all I hope all are safe
Well today I had my day off and I went to the unit (I had to take car there so it would be protected) I was going to turn Vida but the battery went flat so i am charging it again... I did take the feeding tube to the HP pump and crank it and fuel flows into it. Then I took the feeding pipe from the Injector 4 and crank it and no fuel..... So I guess or its HP pump or fuel pressure regulator or even the fuel pressure sensor??? This is all I could do now only Monday I will be off. Many Thanks for your interest and patience.
