There's a lot more adjustment on the drivers seat.
Consider swapping over the seat covers.
But rebuilding the foam seats (and reinforcing them) is fairly straightforward

This link should help: ~ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BpA0qb3fWBo
Done it some time back & used canvass to reinforce – spray glue instead of silicone if fine but follow glue recommendations. The material has also been hand washed in lukewarm water & detergent without any problems.
Good Luck

Do you mean literally swap over, or do you mean put in a spare passenger seat from another car? (Passenger seats usually last much longer, because less use)

Do you mean just the seat, or the sliding base it attaches to? This is adjustable for height and tilt on the driver's side, but you can fit a driver base to the passenger side too.

Remember the adjustment controls will be on the wrong side if you swap the whole seat.
The best solution in my view is to put in a new (or good used, eg from a passenger seat) set of foam inside the existing driver's frame, and, if you wish, put a driver's side base frame on your passenger side.
