Steering wheel airbag cover removal?

Hi all,
I have a 2009 XC90 which has had the steering wheel horn/airbag cover vandalised. It has deep cuts made by a razor blade. Does anyone know if the cover of the airbag can be replaced? and if its possible to purchase this cover new?

I have certainly seen compete air bag/steering wheel modules complete on Ebay going cheap.

I suspect from what I have seen, that it would have to be a complete module replacement.
