S40 V40 Parts: - V40 D3 dip stick

Hi all, I'm new to this forum so don't know if this has been asked before but I own a 2013 V40 with the D3 2.0 engine, I would like to fit a manual dip stick the my car but when I phoned volvo they told me that there wasn't one available. My engine does have o hole for a dip stick which is plugged with a grey plastic push in blank so I'm wondering if anyone has matched a dip stick kit to this engine before as there are many available for volvo but none which state they are compatible with the D3.

The grey blank you refer to isn’t a blank. It’s a small what volvo call technicians dipstick. You can fit your car with a physical dipstick. Below is the kit I fitted to a D3 engine.
