Play in seat backs of front seats

I know this has been discussed before and I am sure the person posting said dealer feedback was that this play was normal.

However, I raised it with my dealer when it was in yesterday for the 36k service. He has told me that there is a TJ for a modification to the seat backs. He has ordered the bits (which are not available next day) and the car will go back for the modification some time soon.

Mine is in on monday to get my seats sorted, its the rear seats that rattle on mine and dealer told me there is a TJ and has parts on order, not sure if they will do all the seats while it is in but it is in the whole day.

Let's hope that things havent been confused between Volvo and our respective dealers and that there is a TJ for both front and 2nd row seats.......

Mmm I hope I do not have a wasted trip to dealer and find it is only the front seats that have a TJ, but they know its my rear seats that need sorting, my stop start needs sorting out as well while there.

I'm sure the technical journal you are referring to is for 2nd row seats only (rattle).when empty driving .
