Get yourself some Dragons Breath from Cleanyourcar.com, epic stuff, dissolves all the dust etc and then just pressure wash. After that a bit of wheel wax will prevent the muck sticking

I use the WW very sparingly for reasons mentioned below and I forgot I had it when I bought the Neilson. The advantage of the acid cleaner is that it costs only about £12 for five litres and can be diluted 2:1 with water to make 15 litres, which comes down to £0.80 per litre, whereas the Wonder Wheels costs near £5/litre and isn't effective when diluted. Applied through a trigger applicator once filled with glass cleaner and used in that dilution, I have found no drawback to using the acid whatsoever.
