Default Front pads needed

Hi guys.

Took my car for its service at Craig Rawse in bradford. Excellent service and very friendly. Recommend this garage highly. Did a transmission oil change too.

They pointed out that my front pads need replacing which I’m confident in doing.

My question is which pads do you guys recommend? Oem? Brembo? Pagid? Or something else.

Any help appreciated.

You pays your money and takes your choice.

When my Volvo is out of its used Volvo warranty and with the local garage, I will fit Pagid.
Had on lots of cars (Audi, Skoda, VW, Subaru) - oem quality.

Couple of years ago I had pagid pads and brembo discs put on. (Garage couldn’t get hold of matching for either it claimed). Aside from more break dust on the wheels I have no complaints, if anything they are more powerful than the Volvo components that were removed. I’ll likely do similar when the rears need doing.
