Default Volvo C70 convertible auto for sale

Hi
Finally letting go of my last Volvo ( I've had an 850 and a v70) .....
This one is my c70 I've owned for 4 years, its a 2005 2.4 T GT Auto, in black with silver leather interior. 90,000 mls, two sets of keys, no warning lights, auto box very smooth, it flies! Bodywork is very good, there's the aeroscreen and the hood works.
The cambelt was done by the garage I bought it from, around 72,000 miles, and I fitted new discs and pads around that time. Otherwise just regular servicing really, and new front wheel bearings a couple of years back.
MOT'ed until January, last advisories (droplinks) were done, using uprated units.
Comes with the strut brace and a set of volvo 15" alloys with Michelin all weather tyres (speedo stays the same) as well as the 17" cresta pattern wheels.
Bad points are there are the usual bumper scuffs (laquer off) and the air con doesn't work- never bothered me so I never looked into it...
£1200 all in for a quick sale....

Hi

The driver's bolster is pretty good, the passenger seat is a bit cracked but I think that can be treated somehow....
Here are a couple of photos, the wheels are clesta not cresta- that's a pop drink!
I hope my photos work....

Hi Thind,

In the photos, the wheels that you have on the left side of the car are different from the wheels on the right side !

Which ones do you have (four of)?
Are they 15, 16 or 17 inch?
Photo would be good.

Thanks
Steve

Hi Thind

Oh I get it, you have some 15 inch and some 17 inch.
What make, age and condition are the tyres (particularly the 17 inch)?

I am not interested in buying the car myself, but I'll ask some questions that might help other people.

I am not familiar with Cresta. Maybe a close up photo would help, or even better a part number (should be somewhere maybe on the inside surface of the wheel).

How many working keys and how many remotes?
What radio model (model number is on fascia)?
Is there a centre speaker on top of dash?
a/c cold?
alarm working?
Working remotes?

Hope that helps,
Steve

Hi Steve

Thanks for the wheel doc, my 17" alloys are 'Cratos' (not cresta/ clesta... I had a senior moment there, obviously)

Tyres on those are good tread mixed allsorts; two Zeta, Infinity, Brimax, and an Avon (yes 5) 225 x45 xr17

The 4x 15" alloys on the car atm are excellent tread Michelin crossclimates 195 x65 xr15 There is a spacesaver steel wheel in the boot.

Two working remotes

The stereo has a 3cd changer cassette and there is a speaker in the middle of the dash

Alarm works; Aircon doesn't....

Kind regards

Thomas
