I saw those, wasn't sure if the V50 ones would fit over all brake sizes in the XC70s, I think there's 3 sizes of front brake? Having come from Phase 1 cars with small and big brakes and different wheels for each I'm cautious!

Would be good to maybe build a list of part numbers and which brakes they're confirmed to fit over...

Like the OP I was dismayed to find the airpump and the can of goo and no spare. I've been used to full size alloy matching spare wheels for the last 15 years before buying the Volvo and was most surprised that they don't provide any spare at all. I bought a space saver as the full size wheels won't fit the wheel well which is a classic piece of poor design. The insult to injury was that in order the buy reliable safety equipment, I bought from the local Volvo dealer and paid over £100 for my skimpy wheel. What clinched me buying it was that on the can of goo it tells you that no matter how small the puncture or how repairable it might be, the use of the goo renders the tyre unrepairable and it has to be scrapped! At least I still have the air pump for inflating tyres, footballs and paddling pools. Can't think of a use for the can of goo.

Hope the above link works... worth trying Volvo breakers to see if you can find it cheaper, don’t forget the retaining bolt that goes through the middle of it all👍🏻.... Makes a racket if not secured properly.

Hi all,

Going back to the OP (not intending to hijack the conversation!)

I'm also looking for one of these, checked eBay and similar outlets but I can't find anything nearby enough (Need to collect in the next day or two ahead of a long drive to france!)

Can anybody advise other cars that would maybe have the same fitment so I could widen the search net? Mine is a V70 D3 R Design - 2012.

Any help greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance.
