WANTED: Early 440/460 turbo
Looking for an early 440 / 460 turbo to restore to mint condition.
Don't mind honest examples but do not want cars that have been heavilly modified. Drop me a PM. Rob |

440 - fit for restoring
I hope this may be of some interest to you:
440, 5 door/hatch, meallic silver, glass sunroof, alloys. 1996 with only 35,000 miles on it. Unmodified (but I replaced radio/cassette - but kept the original) and hardly used (part of the reason for looking to dispose of it). It recently failed its MOT (exhaust and front shocks mainly from memory). It has been owned by my family since new and I'd be delighted to see it go to someone specifically interested in this model. Please let me know if of any interest - ideally within the next few days. Its located in West London. Thanks. |

OK, so it's not an early one but is it a turbo?

No, its not a turbo but is petrol, 1.8i.
Also, has a new battery (installed by AA mid-December 2010). Thanks. |

Going for scrap sunday 30th/monday 31st - up to £100 excl. wheels. MOT fails on re-test = principally the down pipe in the exhaust but some other minor stuff too. Please let me know whether or not of any interest. Thanks for your responses in the meantime.

Bought one!! OK, it's not a turbo but is a very early GLT, (registered April 1988) with 19,000 miles.

Re: 440 Turbo's
I was wondering if you might be intrested in a VOLVO 440 TDI in very good condition - 1994 1.9 manual - metallic green all original features - radio as well. Interior cloth seats - a very lovely looking vehicle.
