XC90 trio of fault codes.

Recent problem with my 2010 XC90, D5.
Had the system check message couple weeks back, read and it was oil sensor (level too high), and cam position sensor. Cleared, 300ml oil drained.
Ok for 200 miles then today engine system check, and cam position sensor, o2 sensor, and MAF sensor.
Are the other two faults connected to cam position by any chance? Car recently serviced, oil, filter, air, fuel filters.
My plan was to change cam position as quite reasonable and go from there, any other ideas?
The car drives well, a very slight momentary loss of power when fault code triggered then OK.

Look for air leaks first.

It is extremely statistically unlikely for all 3 sensors to "fail" at the same time, so you have something else which is pushing their values out of tolerance.

Log the data of the engine when running, especially all parameters around the inlet induction side

I think you are onto something there.
It looks like the charge/intercooler pipe has worked out, and hissing under acceleration. It was removed recently when the main dealer changed the angle gear. I know from experience they need a bit of gentle persuasion to get in correctly!

You definitely need to focus all your attention to the charge air pipe
Inspect it carefully for cracks and ensure all joints are airtight
Especially the orange silicon joints where the pipe under the engine connects to the resonator which goes up to the turbo charger, and the same where the resonator connects to the turbo.

The slightest leak in the charge air pipe upsets the air flow volume, and the ECU starts to make wrong calculations about air volume and fuel volume, and compensate wrongly, and thus all sensors readings start to become inplausible.

So extremely likely that the sensors are OK and you have a charge air leak
