V70 Parcel Shelf / Load Cover

Hi

I just recently purchased an S reg V70 (1998) and it came with the mesh dog guard but I now need to get a parcel shelf/load cover as living in London I need to hide the boot!

Any pointer greatly received - either a parcel shelf on its own or a combi dog mesh/cover.

Try Ebay search for Volvo V70 load Cover there are a couple on there like this one

Thanks Jim - spotted that myself - will it work with my existing mesh guard or separately?

That will need somebody wiser than I to answer. I know my one has a mesh guard hidden away in the rear of the seats, if that is the one you have then let me know because although I don't use it, I do have the load cover so could go out and check if it can be raised with the load cover in situ for you.

OK just had a look. If your mesh guard is in two sections that are stored in the top part of the rear seats then yes it can be raised with the rear load cover in place, though I am wondering where the dog will be at this stage!!!

Only need the parcel shelf cover on whilst dog isnt in car

Getting frustrated now!!!

Have been outbid on 5 load covers now on ebay and am starting to wonder if I will ever get one!!

I dont have the money to spend on £100 + bids but I do appreciate these dont come cheap.

But seriously if there are 20+ listed on ebay how comes I cant get my hands on one?!

Suggestions gratefully received.
