2007+ V70 towing ratings

I have a 2010 V70 3.2 Canadian model. All the North American V70 models are rated for a maximum trailer tongue weight of 165 lbs / 75 kgs. It is my understanding that Volvo rates the North American models lower than the European models due to the litigious nature of USA society. Could someone please let me know what the European max trailer tongue weight rating is?

I am looking at attaching a scooter carrier to the receiver hitch and the scooter carrier plus scooter is a bit over the North American rating.

The MY11 handbook for V70 on the UK Volvo site gives max. towbar weight as 90 kgs for all 3.2 and T6 variants.
