More fantastic pictures my friend and thank you for the information regarding the early daf Volvo connection.
I actually found myself trying to explain just why daf were at the meet ,,I kind of got it right.

Sadly my 240 was resting as my daily driver is now my 740GLE estate new look model.I should change my user name but cars come and go so it would be a fairly regulare thing. Minesa240 x2-740 x1-940limo x1. Yeah a right mouthful.but that is what I have right now. I did have six cars four being 240's at one time.Heres a picture of them resting.A red 240glt now gone being behind the caravan.
Regards Brian.
My own little mini meet.

Another great VOC national (I don't like BKV) and very good to see lots of familiar faces and also many new ones. Good job the rain held back other than a little spitting.

Looking forward to next year already.

Second that. Car running sweet as now on the gas to! I made some numpty look very silly whilst towing the caravan out of foose bridge. Lets just say he wasn't expecting to have to chase me up the hill.

Running smooth and pulling like a crazy train. Thanks for the tune up

Older cars are conspicuous by their absence so to remedy that...........

It was an excellent day & got to chat to some interesting people, I think the name badge idea is a very good one too! Here's a couple of my pic's from the day, some cracking cars there.

Thank you derek for adding the photos i was thinking a lot of images for the other models ( not so many of the older models ) but for anyone that went you could fill in the gaps - but anyone that missed out they can get a fuller idea of what selection of cars went to the show , might be worth checking if all sections have had a array of images added so noone feels left out .

i can honestly say i had a wonderful day on sunday , we had a family day out met some great like minded volvo nutz lol chatted and chatted some more looked at some cars , im marking next years date down in the diary and if anyone was thinking of going you must give it ago you will have a fun packed day so folks mark down in your calender for next year a date not to forget looking forward already hehe

Also who won which classes as we left early and another few members was asking

Good to see some pictures of the older cars. Does anyone have some of the newer than 900 series cars to add ?
I didn't get the chance to look round at all of the cars as I was trying to pack all the camping stuff back into the car after the judging.

Excellent pics, Derek, but that you took of me and Des isn't very flattering! You could have waited a second....

WOT! you think you had problems? This silly old fart had his camera on the wrong setting! I had it on manual, instead of "intelligent auto" so ALL my bl%@dy pictures were TOTALLY over-exposed!!! Anybody got some nice pics of engines? OH! and my "Runner Up" V70 reg. S746 AAR?

Best Regards,
Rob.
