I've just measured mine and both sides are 560mm.
545mm and 525mm
The rubber is still "squishy" but is clearly not in the best of condition. With that in mind I wont be trying to stretch it.
Looks like it has shrunk as well, based on what you guys have said.

Just for the record, my local agent has just replaced the seal under warranty. No quibble or argument.

Sorry to resurrect this old post
Some months ago while washing the car( MY 2020 XC60) i noticed that there was a gap in the sunroof seal.
I remembered this original post and knew it was not a one off
I took the car for its service and raised the issue last month
On returning to collect the car the dealer advised they would replace the seal under warranty
This was done last week
They advised it was a bigger job as they removed the sunroof cassette.
On checking it today (in the wet) it looks like the seal is now one piece.
Hope this info is of use to anyone who finds this issue.

As I posted on here some 2 years ago, I got my sunroof rubbers replaced under warranty. I have just part exed the V90 for an XC40 and noted that the sunroof rubber seal was just as bad, with sizable gaps at the time of change.
Fortunately it wasnt picked up upon inspection.
