Hazard lights on work on one side
As title says..... indicators both work independantly and asthey should but hazards only flash on rivers side - could it be switch?

More than likely it is the hazard switch or the steering stalk switch. Put the hazards on and move each about to see if it makes contact.

Looking in the Haynes manual (which isn't a model of clarity) it looks like the hazard switch and flasher relay are one peice, the individual indicators are controlled by the switch on the steering column wired back to the hazard switch/relay but the hazard wiring is via different route, I'd start at the hazard switch/relay, possibly a bad contact inside for the hazards (theres one for left and one for right), or a wiring fault to the indicators when in hazard mode.
