Rather surprisingly they wrote back to inform me that both Volvo Assist and Lloyds Carlisle were separate agents of Volvo so they would need to respond. However, they did say they would forward my questions on my behalf. Well that was 11 days ago and not even an acknowledgement so far... not the best service and seems to reflect my experience once again |

Still no contact from Volvo Assist - looks like they have no intention to respond to any complaints.
Lloyds response was that it was fine when it left them (despite breaking down within hours of being 'fixed' with a directly related fault). Very disappointing to be treated this was after spending c£85k on a car which can only last for 5 years/55K miles before being unusable. Would I buy another - Probably not, I will go back to BMW. |

Hi Safrane,(I'm on the Mas forum too)
Sorry to hear of your troubles with your 90. I'm sure Volvo will explain the chip shortage is the reason they can't get back to you with a response! Good luck getting it sorted. My current 5 series touring has air suspension on the rear - and it was a concern of being another thing to go wrong... L
