Default 2004 volvo s60 2.4 surging,stalling issue

car will drive fine for about 20 minutes. get home put it in park and it will surge on me almost like it wants to stall; sometimes it does. Also will do it on the road if im coming to a stop. Also from any drive to park it will also.
if i rev the engine, it will stop and work fine for awhile. took it to a shop and they could duplicate. place i went to said i would need a vaccuum test maybe, but they didnt do it there. Ive sprayed brake cleaner everywhere looking for leak and have found nothing myself. cant attach video because its too big.

ive replaced
all spark plugs
throttle body
map sensor
maf sensor
both 02 sensors
fuel pressure sensor
pem module
all coils replaced.
purge valve.
crankshaft postion senor
Brake Booster Vacuum Pump Switch
