  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way

so ive replaced the thermistor and i get a vague warmth come through nothing major.

core has been flushed

maybe its a lost cause as trying to fault find this may take a long time and thus cost and its not something i am prepared to do

Have you tried a calibration on the unit

It opens and shuts all the flaps and hot / cold actuators to set everything back to the right points

I suggested this on another thread by the OP. Find someone with VIDA or take it to a dealership or indie and get them to check the codes and re-calibrate the CCM. Re-calibration does not always work first time, so you may need 2 or 3 attempts. It could be out of whack or one of the blend door motors or control rods is toast.

short of going to a volvo franchise which is 200yds away no idea of anyone else who has vida the mechanic i use hasn't got it.
