Default V70 2006 D5 air filter box bottom plastic fixings.

There a three removable units with four plastic fingers that locate the base of the filter box, and they break off.
My filter box is now very loose and has a broken bracket on the solid pipe to the turbo, all from headlight bulb replacements that can only be done by removing the air filter box. Brilliant piece of design !!
Anybody come up with a more robust filter box fixing solution ?
If not, found a supplier for these plastic finger units ?

The Volvo part number is 9492795, and for what they are they are a tad expensive. A breakers yard would be your best bet. All you need is a 10" extension bar and an 8mm socket to safely remove the airbox without damaging the fittings.

Had this same issue from multiple N/S headlamp bulb changes on my V70. I used a few strategically placed cable ties to steady the air box - sorry, but I can be 'Bodger-Bill' sometimes!
