460 Saloon, good CVT transmission, Cambridge - Offers?

I am disposing of a tatty but mechanically sound 460S, with a good 1600cc engine and perfectly working CVT transmission. It's mouldy inside and body is a bit tatty, hence disposal. Slight electrical issue has kept it off the road since last summer, and I've let the MOT lapse. It could be got back on the road with a bit of effort, but the interior would need some serious cleaning up.

I know the CVT gearboxes are very rare and horribly expensive to obtain from Volvo - rather than scrap the car and let this one go in the crusher, I'd rather it went to keep another owner happy. I'm hoping this is the right place to find someone who wants it (and the rest of the car which is basically sound).

Sensible offers please? I've been offered £110 collected by local disposal centre. It's in Cambridge, has no tax/MOT so you would have to take it away on a trailer. Ideally to be removed in the next 2 weeks.

anyone with a CVT should buy this spare gearbox , they usualy fail around 70000 miles Even if the car is scraped , keep the gearbox and try and sell it later .

Sadly, despite a good number of views on the forum, and a member's recommendation, no-one offered. However, it's gone to a local mechanic who will keep it running, so avoided the scrappy.
