Is anybody else having problems uploading pics using "manage Attachments"

I have had problems for the past few years uploading photos to my gallery.
Reported it but nothing was fixed. Tried different computer with different version of Windows. Tried resizing (large, medium, small) but all failed. Used to work fine for me but, as I say, a few years ago it just stopped.

Mine stopped about 2 months ago and then again today but it is only on this site, all other sites are fine.Weird.
