Bells Volvo, Northampton
I am in the middle of a shocking, drawn out warranty repair of a fault caused by Bells, who supplied the car new and have done every service on it.
They have had my car for 5 weeks, and, whilst they have provided me with a loan car, it has taken me getting Volvo UK involved to get any sort of urgency. They do not seem to be able to identify what they did to cause the lack of power. The Volvo engineer has suggested replacing the injectors as they may have been left disconnected from the car for too long. I am not confident in this diagnosis. Perhaps they should try changing the carpet mats. It is as good as any of the suggestions they have tried so far. https://www.volvoforums.org.uk/showthread.php?t=277497 The service side of the business seems quite clueless.
