Hi, my understanding is the headlight washers have their own motor and fuse. I know because mine froze and it blew a fuse in the main fusebox under the bonnet.
I think I read that the rear washers operate by reversing the polarity to the main washer pump. I am sure I read an earlier post on this within the last two years. That being the case, it appears your main washer pump is OK as far as mechanics and perhaps a good idea to look at the piping? Not sure how to disconnect power to pump but if you can, amd this is indeed how the pump operates, check will a voltmeter that the polarity reverses. Hope this helps John l |
