C70 2006 T5 RTI SAT Nav / Hi-fi faults

I've owned a T5 C70 (hardtop) for 3 years now and recently a couple of strange SAT NAV and radio problems have occurred:-

1. This morning the SAT NAV has started telling me it cant read the disc or clean the heads, I'm using the Volvo disc that came with the car and I've cleaned the head and still the error occurs.
2. The radio / cd player drops into Paused mode the only way to clear it is to turn the car off, remove the key and let it reset.
3. Last week the radio and only the radio ran for 3 mins or so then turned itself off then back on and continued to do so, I eventually got fed up and swtiched to cd which wasnt affected.

Has anybody got any ideas or experiences?
