Default Firmware

Hello everyone, I just got my Vida up and running as my V50 isn't running and had some faults come up, due to the EPS-0071 I've been told the firmware on the ECU is corrupt, Is this something only the main dealer could fix if fixing it is an option?

Hi
Would also be tempted to make sure your battery is fully charged and also on a charger whilst you are doing your fault finding. Some of the car’s modules are very susceptible to low voltages and could throw spurious errors.
