Default Climate control module is broken

Hi all, initially I had an issue with defroster not working after gutting dashboard out i discovered that ccm is faulty, I bought a second hand one which has air strength knob broken. Basically I can't find identical one. I have heated seats, parking sensors and that hill climb or what ever that is button and o can't find a single one which would have same buttons. Question is if I will buy a similar secondhand unit but let's say it will have missing "parking sensors off" button can it be programmed to my car? I bet that if I will go to dealer they will quote something like a grand.

This may not be completely relevant as it relates to my 2010 V70.

That had a failed LIN bus line in the CCM. I stripped the module out and found it had a yellow sticker with the part number, I managed to match that to a 2nd hand unit, the accessory buttons where different, but these popped out and I replaced with the original buttons. The replacement CCM works perfectly and all faulty functions have been restored (air temp, and blower position, drivers heated seat).
Worth a look on yours even though it’s a different design.
