Yeah its 240 for the T5R. My mistake.
The clutch pedal is heavy on my car so an automatic could be the best option if you usually shy away from exercise.
Having had an automatic in the past the times I really disliked it was when driving in snow. Also when driving hard and comming up to a corner with a manual you would say drop it down to 3rd and use the engine braking. With an auto it just feels like you are in neutral and coasting which I didnt like.
Its just down to personal preference which gearbox you prefer.

Griffgrin,

If you should decide to buy a 850R, then my car is for sale in the 850/70 Cars for sale section of this forum. Having covered only around 2500 miles since it's full rebuild, it's got to be one of the best around. It is manual, but has a new clutch and all associated components, so the clutch is therefore not heavy. In fact it's really no heavier than on my girlfriends Seat Leon.
