I'm always surprised that you rarely see corroded brake pipes as an advisory on our model Volvos, whereas they are always there on older Jags/BMW/Merc. Are Volvo brake pipes of a higher quality than others, does anyone know?

I think P80 brake pipes are Cunifer, while lower quality vehicles have mild steel pipes.
