Default Rear Lights always on

Just noticed that my rear lights are always on when parked in the garage with car locked. Front lights are off.
Anyone came across this?

I have not read anything regarding this problem before. Is your light switch on auto. (Normal position) or is it on parking light position.

not something obvious that you've overlooked such as the "guidance light" settings ?
